I ordered product as a gift and chose express shipping that was advertised as 4-5 day shipping. The order took 14 days to even be processed. I contacted the company by email and the automated response promised a response in 24 hours and was filled with garbage about how much they valued me as a customer. It has been 368 hours and I still have had no response, even though I have reached out several times. It has been 6 weeks and I have no idea if my order has even left!
