At FKNRICH, we strive to provide the best customer experience, with customer service as our top priority. Shipping typically takes 3-4 business days, but please note that delays with third-party couriers or during certain times of the year may extend delivery times. Rest assured, all orders can be exchanged or returned for another size within 90 days of purchase, as long as the product is in original condition and unwashed. If there is an error on our end during shipment, we’ll make sure to fix it right away!

How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to  be processed for shipping, We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
 
Will my order come with a tracking number?
All orders come with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of you order.
 
For calculated shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Based on your location for the parcel, including a free shipping method if your order meets the requirements.
 
Can I change my address if I've put the wrong one?
Yes we are able to change it, Please contact us at sales@fknrich.com to make any type of changes to your order.
 
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@fknrich.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
