Orders may be fulfilled from our United States fulfilment network or other applicable fulfilment facilities.

If an address must be corrected, please contact sales@fknrich.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee address modifications after processing or carrier handoff.

Additional costs caused by an incorrectly entered address may apply when permitted by law.

8. Missing, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If an order is delayed, lost, damaged, or appears incorrectly delivered, please contact us with your order number and any relevant tracking details.

We will review the shipment, communicate with the carrier where appropriate, and provide a remedy consistent with applicable law.

We do not exclude responsibility for deliveries where applicable consumer protection laws require the seller to provide a refund or replacement.

9. Uncollected or Refused Packages

Packages returned due to non-collection or refusal may incur reasonable additional shipping costs where legally permitted.

Any refund or cancellation rights required by law remain applicable.
