Refund policy
We have a 90-day free return/exchange policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Submit your request here or notify sales@fknrich.com of your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return/exchange questions at sales@fknrich.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. If your order will be returned back to us due to non-collection, we are not responsible for the additional costs. We will arrange a resend of your order and apply a fee for the additional shipping costs. Refunds for non-collection of orders are not possible.
Exchanges
We will All orders can be exchanged for another size within 90 days of purchase if product is in original condition and unwashed.
European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We have a 90-day free return/exchange policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All FKN Rich Insiders Club subscriptions, Mystery Box subscriptions, and individual Mystery Box purchases are non-refundable. Once a subscription or one of these item's are purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, 90-day refund policy applies to all other products. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@fknrich.com.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
If your package has been "stuck" in the same spot for a few days, it could be a shipping courier delay. However, please contact us immediately if your package has not arrived within 3 days after your tracking has stated that the package has been "delivered". If the shipping address was inputted correctly on our end (from what you provided us) and there is any issue with your delivery such as a lost or stolen package, we are liable for that package under the circumstance that you have Shipping Protection enabled for your order.
